Whenever i turn on my PS4 correctly, it gives a glitching screen for some reason and then stays black and repeats it.

I don't know why, what should i do first?

I put the HDMI cable first, then the AC power cord while the TV is still on, yet nothing happens.

Just that glitching screen.

Yesterday i had it working doing it correct then i did it again but then it glitches out.

Please help.
